а) (согласие работодателя изменить режим работы, если действующий режим несовместим с религиозными требованиями наемного работника; напр., согласие не принуждать к работе в субботу последователя иудаизма)
б) (отказ принимать на работу представителей религиозных меньшинств по причине неспособности работодателя приспособиться к требованиям религии наемного работника; считается формой дискриминации в области трудовых отношений и является незаконной)
